Povidone Iodine (PVP-I) Prep Pads

Triad Plus PVP-I Prep Pads are saturated with a 10% Povidone Iodine, USP solution equivalent to 1% available iodine. Povidone Iodine is virtually non-irritating to skins, wounds or mucus membranes. It is also non-staining to the skin or natural fabrics. Povidone Iodine Prep Pads are known to kill surface pathogens including gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (including antibiotic resistant), fungi, viruses, protozoa, and yeast. A golden brown protective film formed by the solution when allowed to air dry, delineates the treated areas.
