03.29.00 - Triad Disposables Launches New Hand Gel Size

Triad Disposables is introducing their Antiseptic Hand Gel in a new 5 gram size. The product will be packaged in a foil pouch with 72 pouches per box. The package size was developed to match the FDA Tentative Monograph which states \"for antiseptic products to be used without water, at least 5 grams of alcohol gel is needed for handwashing to decrease bacteria on the skin.\"

This new single-use size is ideal for offices, kits and situations where a bottle is too large.

Triad Antiseptic Hand Gel is a fast, convenient and economical way to help prevent bacterial cross-contamination for the patient and healthcare provider when soap and water are not readily available. Also, unlike many, this hand gel contains 70% ethyl alcohol which helps meet OSHA standard (29 CFR 1910.1030) to protect against exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
