Past News Releases 02.01.02 - Triad Disposables Gets Consorta Contract Brookfield, Wisconsin Triad Disposables, a leading manufacturer and marketer of disposable medical products distributed worldwide, announces the signing of a new supply agreement with Consorta. The sole-source agreement will give members access to select Triad wetpack products. The 3-year agreement begins March 1, 2002 Consorta, based in Rolling Meadows, IL, is a group purchasing organization that represents more than half of all Catholic hospitals in the United States. Founded in 1998, Consorta has a collective annual purchase volume exceeding $2.65 billion. The Consorta membership encompasses over 400 acute care facilities, representing nearly 54,600 beds and 1,700 alternate care sites. |
